Why do I find challenges I should just leave well enough alone?

Jumping into the National Blog Posting Month collection of prompts:

2.1 – Favorite character from a book, play, film or other work of art? Oh, that could be a new blog of its own, divided into the mentioned categories. For now, the answer will be: Joe Bradley, Princess Ann and Irving Radovich from Roman Holiday (yes, aiming for simplicity of silliness). Why? More on that in a later post.

2.2 – Someone who annoys me? Often the one reflected in the mirror. Reasons why? Oh, even if those reasons were reduced to fit a microfiche, the colletion of those films alone would be too much. Granted, some of those traits have found their way into creating some ‘colorful’ characters…

2.3 – 7 things I do to procrastinate? 1) Research. 2) List the many things I want to research. 3) Search the various library and online databases for materials and information to lead me to my research. 4) Review the many (oh so sadly many, many) internet bookmarks to see if I’ve already got a starting place in there. 5) Review notes and written-on-bookmarks of things already researched. 6) Try to remember why those notes of early research items were done in the first place. 7) Research items on better organization and time management. Latest find was ‘End Procrastination Now!’ that I’ll buy later….. Maybe, or not.
