…old poem.
I am a writer. I am also a member of the local writers’ group: SnoValleyWrites! and in March of 2010, we gave our first performance or “Word Jazz.” We had an assortment of prompts to choose from, with the possible target being publication.
I forgot what journal this was for, but the prompt was ‘laws of attraction.’ Anyone who knows me knows I am a bookaholic (or bibliophile, if one must choose the proper term). I am a recovering buyer (translation, cold turkey on purchases – very thankful for libraries!), with more bookcases than practical pieces of furniture -if one were to have company over.
In keeping with the ‘may/May’ topic and variations thereof (National Blog Posting Month’s theme is ‘maybe’), I have decided to finally share that poem, never before in ‘proper print.’ (aka – I have never sent this out for publication)
