It was a toss-up between focusing on marches (given the month) or just seeing where the muse led me. So, one of each today:
I remember whistling this song when I was young, completely clueless about the movie. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CB8F8g1-4Uw. Having seen Bridge on the River Kwai at last, it has new meaning.
The original version of this song was moving, and that was before I was told it was for a soundtrack for some vampire movie (?). The Piano Guys’ rendition of it is equally enjoyable (as all of their songs are). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QgaTQ5-XfMM Debating whether to break the self-imposed $30 ticket limit to see them in concert…
Those are two tunes stuck in my mind at the moment. What are your current ‘earworms?’

Great song and it was a great movie. We saw it when it was released. I don’t possess “earworms,” but since I went wifi and digital I can listen to my Golden Oldies and Classical Music again.
That’s one of the marvelous things about the internet – access to such a large library of music (and other arts/items) to find almost anything.
