There’s a church in downtown Dallas that had the most magnificent fountain! (So, naturally, I was drawn to it).
In keeping with this month’s theme of ‘joy’ I decided to search for the word in psalms and found a few to share.
Psalm 32:11
Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.
Psalm 35:9
And my soul shall be joyful in the LORD: it shall rejoice in his salvation.
Psalm 51:8
Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice.
Psalm 51:12
Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.
Psalm 66:1
Make a joyful noise unto God, all ye lands:
Psalm 95:1
O come, let us sing unto the LORD: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation.
Psalm 98:4
Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise.
Psalm 100:1
Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.
It’s wonderful how ‘joy’ and singing, music are often paired in these.
What joyful phrases do you enjoy?

Psalm 118:24 It doesn’t have the word ‘joy’ in it, but it makes me joyous when it comes to mind when my alarm wakes me.
