Snoqualmie Falls by Jeffrey Veregge

Jeffrey Veregge created this after speaking with a couple of Snoqualmie Tribal Elders, and a small group of casino employees. His playful slot machine reel spin is filled with salmon, and variations of the moon.

The Snoqualmie Indian Tribe (sdukʷalbixʷ in the Lushootseed language) is known as “The People of the Moon.” It was an honor to work with Jeffrey in capturing part of the story and designing a beautiful entrance that incorporates part luck, part fun, and certainly blessings. (Image below)

This design is on the opposite wall of the VIP Entrance. The mist continues the playful reels and the Moon, paired with blue jays. The birds and the mist carry the prayers and concerns presented at the base of the Falls.
