Had fun completing the Refuse to Abuse Virtual 5k walk yesterday, strolling along the Rainier Trail, the Juniper Trail and through Gilman Village. Because of the flat route (no inclines at all!), managed to break my previous times for the other 5k walks this year.

National Kitten Day? Yay!

I love my two brats – both rescue cats. My brother found them while on a construction site almost ten years ago. They share the same birthday as the rescue dog he adopted, the same birthday as the rescue dogs our parents own.

I intend to enjoy every moment with these two fur balls. (smile)

Lost discoveries made,
Lingering in the bright
And the shade,
Personalities emerge.

Probably should open the folders,
Rearrange the desktop, and then
Organize the reports, and then
Correct the chaos, and then
Recall what was forgotten, and then
Answer the emails, and then
Search for the lost glasses (again), and then
Tackle the goals due today, and then…
I think, on second thought…
Nevermind, I’m grabbing
Another cup of
Tea instead, and then maybe
Everything else will get done.
