…be with you”
All right, I know it’s a bit puny and late, but it makes sense if you think about it. A kind friend patiently explained to me why this was deemed National Star Wars Day a while back. Yes, I can be that slow.
Getting back on track, thinking about the wise words of Yoda:
“Try not. Do or do not. There is no try.”
It’s basic. It’s simple. It removes the wrangling of reasoning, the excavating of excuse making. What things  have been put off, postponed, pushed aside because of the ‘try’ factor? What fancies have been fenced off by fear? What keeps us, regardless of age, from taking those first steps? Why?
I’ve my Fool’s Folly list to follow up on (dancing, canoeing, bungie-cord jumping, anything I’ve been deemed ‘too old/too young’ to attempt) . Forget the ‘try’ – going for the ‘do.’
I see a gentle canoeing adventure in your future. Rattlesnake Lake. Me. You. My blue canoe. It even rhymes. 🙂 Have a canoe rack, will travel.
Sounds like a plan!
