Friday Finds

Top Shelf Chaos by Tommia Wright

Top Shelf Chaos by Tommia Wright

Today’s collection of fun finds includes fascinating factszapping zombies, and a fight for humanity.

The first Mari Collier book I had acquired was “Gather the Children.” Earlier this year, the prequel, “Earthbound” was released. (In between, it was worth breaking down to get a Kindle/pc edition to get “Before We Leave.”) Read  the review and enjoy the recipe Mari shares, too.

I don’t care for zombie-themed stories set to a historical context, however, “Squanto: A Ballad of a Zombie Killer” changed my mind. The story kept my attention throughout and is set up nicely for Volume 2.

Rachel Barnard’s novel, Ataxia and the Ravine of Lost Dreams is a recent discover with a hook that has this reader anxiously getting through the overdue books in order to go through this one uninterrupted.

What fun finds do you have on your reading list?
