Today’s prompt is: Do you feel like you “get” social media, or do you just use it because that’s where all your friends and family are?
Allow me to borrow from a great sci fi show -“To boldly go where no one has gone before…”
Yeah, not quite there. If you were to ask me five years ago if I’d have a blog, I’d ask why? If you were to ask me about: Twitter, Tumblr, LinkenIn, Live Journal or Google+, it would be the same answer. And yet, I’ve boldly entered those last five realms just a bit ago. (The last one ‘kicking and screaming’ according to the one who threw me the line, but I digress.)
Some are rather enjoyable, others entertaining and others educational. I almost have a routine down – almost.
Most folks I talk to like/have/love Facebook. I won’t go there. Yes, I realize I make it ‘that much harder’ to get the latest photos and news, too bad. I’ll maintain that strand of stubbornness along with other items.
Do I know what I’m doing? OH, NO!
But, that’s another story.

Love the title tp your post because no, I don’t ‘get’ it at all, lol.
I am doing it because I would like to join in with everyone else, there are some great blogs out there and I’d like to comment on them.
Tried to ‘like’ yours but looks as if it’s something else I need to learn to do, push a like button.
Have fun A-Zedding.

You, too, Debbie (smile) I’ll see if there’s something I can toggle in place for your next visit.
I want the world to know that I have books out there for sale and It is my one way to connect with friends. The latter can bring all sorts of surprises!
I can only imagine. Authors’ blogs are better in terms of learning of upcoming releases than newspapers.
