Thursday’s Thankfulness

If blessings were colors, what would yours be
In terms of defining orange, violet and green?
If blessing were colors, how would they start –
Blue as the sky, red as the heart?
If blessings were colors who would know
Where yellow got its vibrant glow?
If blessings were rainbows, know what you’d find?
More than a pot of gold –
It would be peace of mind.

    Not easy questions to answer as one answers with a response tied to their own colors or experiences. The ending is lovely and my color remains hidden. Not from me, just from the world.

    Now THAT’s a rainbow photo. Very nice, and once again, I’m particularly drawn to this poem…this is one for the next published collection in my humble opinion.
