I almost forgot how to remember to write a poem
It’s as if the greenery of creativity has turned
Yellow of fear, taking over again
The red of frustration with the push of ‘delete’ and not ‘send’
Or the medley of the two, camouflaged from view
Darn it, look higher – ah, there’s the bit of blue.
