Author JEFFREY COOK lives in Maple Valley, Washington, with his wife and three large dogs. He was born in Boulder, Colorado, but has lived all over the United States. He has contributed to a number of role-playing game books for Deep7 Press out of Seattle, Washington and is included in several anthologies. He spearheaded production of anthology, SOUND & FURY which benefits PAWS animal charity. When not reading, researching or writing, Jeffrey enjoys role-playing games and watching football. Artist Lesia Tiongson creates unique, heartfelt, and whimsical mosaic art. Her work consists of wide ranging designs and commonly features visually-contrasting elements on mediums of various substrates based on an eclectic mix of natural Pacific Northwest and manufactured materials. Her work reflects a view of nature and human sentiment through a simple philosophy – everything has a shape. These mosaic art pieces provide a unique tactile observation of nature through texture and three dimensions. Though Her art has found a nationwide audience, she is based in the small town of North Bend, WA, where she can be found teaching local workshops.
